For Counselors, Educators, Parents and Community Members. By participating in this workshop, participants will learn:
- How to recognize the difference between normal social conflict and true bullying;
- The effects of bullying on the brain, whether the target, aggressor or bystander;
- To address unintended micro-aggressions in the classroom/school culture to evaluate the messages that are sent about who is accepted; and,
- The value of restorative practices instead of punitive practices in response to bullying behaviors.
