With gratitude to our Maryville Crisis Nursery Fall Luncheon sponsors

Maryville Academy extends its gratitude and thanks to the sponsors of this year’s Crisis Nursery Fall Luncheon, whose generous support helped the annual event sell out ahead of its scheduled date on October 14.

Maryville leaders expressed appreciation to the event’s sponsors, whose support helps sustain the Crisis Nursery’s mission.

Program Director Tricia Fitzgerald said the annual luncheon is an opportunity to bring community members together in support of children and families in crisis. “Together, we create a safety net of hope,” she said.

Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit the Maryville Crisis Nursery, which provides free, short-term care for children from birth to age 6 when their families are experiencing a crisis. The program offers parents a safe option for their children during emergencies such as medical issues, domestic violence or mental health challenges.

This year’s event will be held at the North Shore Country Club in Glenview and will include a reception at 11:30 a.m., followed by lunch and a program from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Attendees have been encouraged to participate in a “fill the crib” donation drive by bringing items from the Nursery’s wish list. The list is available at https://bit.ly/CNFallLuncheon.

The fall luncheon serves as both a fundraiser and a platform to highlight the essential role the Crisis Nursery plays in supporting families during times of instability. The event reinforces Maryville’s ongoing commitment to protecting children and strengthening families across the region.
