Maryville Crisis Nursery to host first Family Health & Safety Fair Saturday, June 14

Maryville Academy’s Crisis Nursery is excited to host its first Family Health and Safety Fair on Saturday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Maryville Youth Center, located at 5022 W. Madison St., Chicago. This free, family-friendly event will provide a fun and interactive opportunity for families to learn about health, wellness and safety, and enjoy child-friendly activities.
The fair will connect families with local healthcare providers, early intervention services, community organizations and other vital resources focused on supporting child and family well-being. Topics will include nutrition, preventive care and safety education for all ages.
“Our goal with this annual Family Health and Safety Resource Fair is to provide accessible and engaging educational opportunities for families to learn practical information about health, safety and wellness while having fun together,” said Tricia Fitzgerald, Maryville Crisis Nursery program director. “Resource fairs like this are vitally important because they help families know where to turn for trusted information and local support systems that keep children and families safe and healthy.”
Maryville Crisis Nursery staff are proud to collaborate with local healthcare and human service organizations, all united in the mission of promoting family wellness and building community connections.
