American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Between 7 and 12 million American youth suffer from mental, behavioral, or developmental disorders at any given time. The AACAP (American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry) is the leading national professional medical association dedicated to treating and improving the quality of life for children, adolescents, and families affected by these disorders.
American Association of Children’s Residential Centers
The American Association of Children’s Residential Centers brings professionals together to advance the frontiers of knowledge pertaining to the spectrum of therapeutic living environments for children and adolescents with behavioral health disorders.
Catholic Charities Chicago
Catholic Charities fulfills the Church’s role in the mission of charity to anyone in need by providing compassionate, competent and professional services that strengthen and support individuals, families and communities based on the value and dignity of human life.
Catholic Charities USA
The mission of Catholic Charities USA is to exercise leadership in assisting its membership, particularly the diocesan Catholic Charities agencies and supporting group members, in their mission of service, advocacy and convening.
Council on Accreditation
COA is an international, independent, not-for-profit, child and family service and behavioral healthcare accrediting organization. It was founded in 1977 by the Child Welfare League of America and Family Service America (now the Alliance for Children and Families). Originally known as an accrediting body for family and children’s agencies, COA currently accredits 38 different service areas and over 60 types of programs. Among the service areas are substance abuse treatment, adult day care, services for the homeless, foster care, and inter-country adoption.
Courage House
Maryville’s Crisis Nursery is the Chicago Bears’ Courage House designated by the Ed Block Foundation. A Courage House is a nonprofit organization whose programs address the needs of abused/neglected and at-risk children and/or families. The foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of neglected children and ending the cycle of abuse. Only after thorough investigation and approval by the Ed Block Courage Award Foundation’s Board of Directors can a center qualify.

CWLA is a powerful coalition of hundreds of private and public agencies serving vulnerable children and families since 1920. Our expertise, leadership and innovation on policies, programs, and practices help improve the lives of millions of children in all 50 states. Our impact is felt worldwide.
Crisis Nursery Coalition of Illinois
The Coalition is made up of six independent non-profit organizations throughout Illinois. The nurseries provide short-term care for children aged six and under whose families are experiencing a crisis. Family support programs also help families after the fact. Two of the nurseries are “stand alone” agencies while four others are located within a larger child welfare agency.
Illinois Catholic Health Association
As a collective witness to the mission of Jesus, the Illinois Catholic Health Association works to enhance Catholic presence and strengthen Catholic health and social service ministries primarily by fostering greater understanding, communication and collaboration among bishops, sponsoring congregations and leaders of ministry organizations in the state.

Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Members of the Society of St.Vincent de Paul (or “Vincentians” ) are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person tangible assistance and service to individuals in need. It is the oldest charity in the Chicagoland area serving those in need since 1857. From aiding the wounded in the Civil War to serving the starving in the Great Depression to working side by side with the first responders of Katrina and Hurricane Ike, Vincentian members are there to help and comfort.
